In Hegelian terms what akumetsu does has a sense of nobility, Hegel believed that life was ultimately meaningless and you had to create your own meaning. So even if what akumetsu was attempting (killing all the evil people) was not as successful as he hoped it was meaningful to him and in the the end that's all that matters. even if you try a great venture and fail in it you still tried, akumetsu fought the tyranny of evil men and it was glorious.

'Evil' is nothing but a name for ones who break the boundaries
boundaries that humans think they need in order to keep peace and be more civilized.
-you are considered inhuman or beast like if you kill another person
-you are considered as the devil if you make another one suffer
-if you start a war you are considered a disgrace in human race
so evil is a name that a person can get anytime they want as long as they break a boundary
if it is so easy to be evil, there will never be a world with 100% peace.
If you do kill all the evil of the world there will be a new evil waiting to be born

if I could clone myself I would go and clone myself but make it better...actually do you think that girl who knew number one changed the bad quys clones to be better cause from what i have seen the guy who made them doesn't really have a personality like the clones and even before they joined they were similar.
